At times of natural calamity, emergency aid is critical to bridge communities from a sense of helplessness to resilience. Response to Typhoons Yolanda, Sendong, and Odette (among others) provided in collaboration with partners. Funds are used for solar lights, relief packs, and mental health first aid.

As support to different socio-civic groups, the foundation also funds other outreach activities such as holiday gift-giving activities and feeding programs. Beneficiaries consist of senior citizens, scholars, indigent families along coastal areas. Packs usually consist of mixed grocery items, rice, and school supplies

Northern Samar has a lot of challenged hospitals that receive minimal financial support to address their needs. The foundation has been a primary donor for St. Scholastica’s Hospital in Pambujan and has since then donated funds to construct the Hospital Chapel, and replace broken anesthesia, x-ray machine, and solar panels.

We also recognize the pivotal role community carers play in uplifting lives. Donations have been utilized to train peer counselors to attend to natural calamities, support wholeness programs, and fund administrative needs.

SCTF provides promising tertiary students financial support to enable them to complete a four-year college degree and become productive members of the workforce.

The Catarman Chamber Integrated School is close to the foundation’s heart. Currently, the school is experiencing sustainability issues that led SCTF to be one of the primary stakeholders of the school. It has since then allocated resources to address infrastructure rehabilitation, admin and operational support, and teacher training and tools.

SCTF supports the SHIFT Foundation and its values formation projects in their ministry. Funds have been used to rehabilitate infra, early education center programs, sustainable organic farming inputs, and operations.
